Terms and Conditions for Privilege Membership

Who is Eligible:

All Like minded Kokani community members (Native of Raigad/Ratnagiri/Sindhudurg/ Thane/Palghar/Mumbai/Navi Mumbai) above 21 years of age supporting KWS mission and meeting both the ethical / moral criteria established, are eligible to apply for privilege membership.
Other individuals, who subscribe to KWS mission and meet both the ethical / moral criteria established, may be accepted on approval from main body.

Membership Criteria:

Applicant to submit a membership application form duly filled in and signed along with personal photograph and privilege card & administrative charges of KD 1 per year (paid as KD 2 for 2 years or KD 4 for 5 years) to KWS.
Membership Cell verifies the details and approves the membership.
Membership committee issues Identification Card.
Member becomes temporary member for 3 months after issuing the card.
Membership is made permanent from 4th month onwards after which member is eligible for all schemes.

Membership Obligation:

Should provide complete details in the membership form.
Pay privilege membership fees of KD 2 for 2 years or KD 4 for 5 years and agree to pay reissue fees of KD 2 if the card is lost or damaged.
Agree to the terms and conditions laid down by KWS from time to time.
Subscribe to all schemes connected with privilege membership.
Possible volunteer service in KWS sponsored programs/events or equivalent.
Contribute to Schemes offered by KWS from time to time such as; Members Benefit Scheme, Members Welfare Scheme etc.
Attend privilege membership gatherings as and when organized by KWS.
Agrees to KWS sharing member information with vendors for promotions.
